3. Bookings and Payments

Customer cancellations made 7 days prior to the charter date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 6 days of the charter date may result in no refund.

We reserve the right to cancel for safety or weather reasons, with a full refund or option to reschedule.

Passenger Responsibility: You and your guests must act responsibly and follow all safety instructions.

5. Weather Policy
Charters may be canceled or rescheduled at the captain's discretion if conditions are unsafe (e.g., storms, high winds). Safety is our top priority.

Chartering a boat involves inherent risks. By booking with Bluewater Charter Group LLC, you assume all risks associated with boating, including personal injury, illness, or property damage.
7. Limitation of Liability

9. Photo and Video Release
Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during your charter to be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, advertisements, etc.).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
