  • What do you provide?
The boat comes fully stocked with all of the necessary toiletries, bottled water and ice.
  • Can I have more than 12 guests in my group?
Per Federal Coast Guard regulations, when you charter a private yacht, you are only allowed up to 12 guests. That number CANNOT be exceeded at anytime while cruising, anchored or tied to a dock or other yacht.
  • Do you provide alcohol?
No, we do not. We do not have our liquor license and therefore cannot serve alcohol. All trips are "BYOB"
  • Can I bring my own food and beverage?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring any food or beverage of your choosing. We also offer catering options, if you would like to inquire please contact us when you book your trip.
  • What happens if I am late to my charter?
Unfortunately charters cannot be extended if you arrive late to the vessel. We are usually on a strict schedule and must abide by the booked time of the charter.
  • What happens if we cannot sail due to weather?
If the day and time of your charter is deemed to be unsafe due to weather conditions, the charter may be rescheduled to a different date, or you may request a full refund and cancel the trip. The captain of the vessel reserves the right to declare when a trip is not safe to sail.
  • What if I would like to cancel my charter?
Cancellations must be made one week prior to departure date. Any cancellations post the allotted week will forfeit the $500 security deposit.
  • Are alternate pick-up and drop-off locations available?
Yes. We are always expanding our pick-up and drop-off locations. As long as there is a public dock available for our use, it is possible. Please note there will be a time & fuel surcharge dependent on the distance of the location.
  • Are small children allowed on board?
Yes. The team at Oasis is all about enjoying time with the whole family. All children under 10 years of age must be under adult supervision at all times, and must have a proper fitting lifejacket upon coming aboard.
