Luxury Fishing Charters from Montauk
From May through November, our offshore fishing program delivers some of the most exciting big-game action on the East Coast. Based in Montauk, the gateway to the Atlantic canyons, we offer four distinct experiences tailored to the season’s bite. Whether you’re chasing giant bluefin close to shore, hunting bluefin and yellowfin on mid-range grounds, or venturing deep into the canyons for bigeye tuna, marlin and swordfish, every trip is designed for anglers who want the best in sportfishing and comfort.
Inshore Day Charter — Giant Bluefin Tuna
Season: May through November
Our inshore Giant Bluefin Tuna trips deliver the perfect mix of adrenaline and luxury. Just 10 to 15 miles from Montauk, you’ll find yourself in the middle of an incredible fishery — battling some of the most powerful predators in the ocean, often exceeding 500 pounds. We fish stand-up tackle only, giving guests a true hands-on fight while our professional crew handles everything else — from rigging and gaffing to keeping the cockpit clean and cocktails cold. The action happens close to shore, but the atmosphere feels world-class — a first-class fishing adventure where big-game excitement meets refined comfort.
Midshore Day Charter — Yellowfin & Bluefin Tuna
Season: June through November
Our midshore day trips chase yellowfin and bluefin tuna that patrol the waters 40 to 60 miles offshore. Early in the season, we set out a trolling spread to cover ground and find active fish. As the season transitions into fall (September through November), the fish move onto the chunk bite, gathering around commercial scallop and squid boats — and that’s when the action gets fast and furious. These trips often deliver multiple hookups and nonstop excitement.
Canyon Day Trip — Bigeye, Yellowfin, Mahi & Marlin
Season: June through November
Our canyon day trips offer the ultimate offshore experience. Departing around 9 PM, we arrive at the canyon walls by sunrise and begin trolling a full spread targeting Bigeye tuna, which can exceed 200 pounds. Bycatch often includes yellowfin tuna, mahi mahi, blue marlin, and white marlin. After a full day on the deep blue, 80 to 100 miles offshore, we return to the dock around 5 PM.
Canyon Overnight Trip — Swordfish, Tuna, Mahi & Marlin
Season: June through November
Our overnight canyon adventure offers the complete offshore experience. We depart around 9 PM, running through the night to reach the edge by sunrise. As first light breaks, we set out the troll spread and fish throughout the day for Bigeye and yellowfin tuna, with chances at mahi, marlin, and other pelagic species. As evening sets in, we move to the swordfish grounds and drift baits deep into the darkness for the nighttime sword bite. Just before sunrise, we’re back on the troll for the morning bite before returning to Montauk, typically arriving at the dock around 11 AM.
Customizable Trips Available
